The Foreigners Employment Support Organization (“we”) sets out below how personal information is handled on Japan Visa Navi (“this site”).

Through the enquiry form we receive the following.

• Where you live and your nationality
• What you would like to ask

We also use an analytics tool to see how the site is used, which records the pages viewed, time spent and approximate area. It does not identify you personally.

What we use it for

• Replying to your enquiry
• Checking what you have asked and, where needed, introducing you to a partner office
• Improving the site

Sharing with others

We do not pass what you send to anyone else, except in the following cases.

• Where you have agreed to it
• Where the law requires it
• Where we introduce you to a partner gyoseishoshi office according to what you have asked (we tell you beforehand)
